Friday Night Live is a weekly group coaching and embodiment session. A place to drop in, get real, and end your week grounded.

Each session opens with a topic we can all relate to — something drawn from real life, real patterns, and what people are actually navigating. From there we move into live coaching and guided practice. When one person is being coached, everyone is being coached. Come ready to witness, to be witnessed, and to let something land.

What to expect:

• A grounding topic to open the session

• Live group coaching in a hot seat format

• Guided embodiment practice

• A brief open share at the close for insights and reflections

• One hour of insight, processing, and resolution

Who shows up: Some come for the hot seat. Some come to witness.
