Sound Bath & Drum Circle: Third Wednesdays at 6pm - $40

The name does not fully capture the experience. I think of this as an Immersive NeuroSomatic Journey.

We begin with synchronized drumming to create rhythm and group coherence. From there, I guide a short neurosomatic practice to help you shift out of thinking and into your felt sense.

You will then lie back and be immersed in layered sound, vibration, and spoken word designed to support nervous system regulation and reset.

I provide several seating and laying options for comfort. You are also welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, or journal if that helps you settle in.

We close with light refreshments to help you ground and return steady and present.

No experience needed. Just come.
