This is a guided NeuroSomatic Art session — a weekly in-person gathering where we use simple art journaling as a pathway to insight, clarity, and resolution. No art background needed. No pressure to make something beautiful. Just you, a journal, and a process that has a way of surfacing what you didn't know you were carrying.
Each session opens with a grounding topic, moves into guided creative practice, and closes with space to share what landed. You'll leave with something you didn't walk in with.
What to bring: An art journal if you have one. A regular notepad works just fine.
